Why I Cannot Redeem the Registration Code After Payment?
1) If your order was purchased from our official website, you do not need to redeem your registration code. You just need to log in the product via your Wondershare ID to start using. You can follow this FAQ about how to activate PDFelement with Wondershare ID.
2) Your registration code is not for PDFelement 7/8. The Wondershare ID account and "Redeem" function are only for customers who bought the license for PDFelement 7/8.
