Why I Cannot Redeem the Mac Registration Code After Payment?
1) If your order was purchased from our official website, you do not need to redeem your registration code. You just need to log in to the product via your Wondershare ID to start using it. You can follow this FAQ about how to activate PDFelement 8 for Mac with Wondershare ID.
2) Your registration code is not for PDFelement 8. The Wondershare ID account and "Redeem" function are only for customers who bought the license for PDFelement 8.
