Follow these steps to scan a document on your iPhone with InstaScan:

To scan a book to PDF, you have two options.
First, use PDFelement, available for both Windows and Mac, to scan and convert books to PDF. Simply launch PDFelement, click Create PDF > From Scanner, and use your scanner to digitize the book. You can even utilize OCR to extract text from the scanned pages.
Alternatively, use InstaScan, an efficient mobile app, to scan books directly to PDF using your iPhone. Open the app, tap the green Scan button, select Multiple Scan Mode, capture each page, crop and apply filters if desired, then save the scanned book on your iPhone.
You can use PDFelement for iOS to effortlessly extract text from images:
Step 1: Create a PDF by capturing the image containing the desired text.
Step 2: Open the PDF and tap the three dots at the top right corner and choose Recognize.
Step 3: Select Text Only and tap Next. Choose the appropriate language(s) for extraction.
Step 4. After extraction, then tap Go to file. Switch to the Home tab to access the extracted text file.
