What Should I Do If Function Fails to Work on iOS?
PDFelement for iOS may cause function failure if you do not install it properly on your device. If the function fails to work on your iOS device you need to empty the installed product from your device. To empty the installed product drag it to Trash and this will remove it from your device.
Redownload the latest version of PDFelement for iOS in App Store. After you have successfully downloaded the latest version of the product, you will need to install and open it. To check whether the function works again or not, load a PDF file in your iOS product and perform the function again.
