How to Rotate PDF with PDFelement
Step 1. Load PDF
After launching PDFelement, you can drag and drop a PDF document into the program window to open it directly. Or you can click the "Open File..." button in the window to select and open a PDF document in your local folder.

Method 1: Rotate PDF by Thumbnail
After opening the PDF document, click the "Thumbnail" menu icon on the left-hand side to display it. If you want to know how to rotate one page in PDF files, right-click that page in the thumbnail view and select "Rotate Page", then select the direction you would like to rotate the page.
If you want to know how to rotate all pages in PDF files, click on the first page in the Thumbnail view, then hold the "Ctrl+Shift" keys and scroll the slider on the thumbnail display to the bottom and click on the last page. Once you do this, all pages will be selected. Right-click the selected page or individual pages, and choose the "Rotate Page" option.
Once you select the "Rotate Page" option, a pop-up window will appear, allowing you to select the direction you would like to rotate the page, and then the page range that you would like to perform this rotation on.
Method 2: Rotate PDF by Right-clicking Page
After opening the PDF document, right-click anywhere on the page and choose the "Rotate Page" option. You can then set the page ranges as required and rotate one page in PDF.
Method 3: Rotate PDF using the Page Menu
After opening the PDF file, go to the "Page" tab, then select a single page or hold the "Ctrl" key to select multiple pages at the same time, Choose the option "Rotate to left" or "Rotate to right" to rotate the selected page(s).
Method 4: Rotate PDF by Hotkeys
After opening the document in PDFelement, you can press the "Alt" key. This lets you view all of the hotkeys for the ribbon bar. Press "G" on your keyboard to continue, and then press "T+L" or "T+R" keys to rotate the current selected page to the left or right.
Method 5: Rotate PDF by Shortcut
This method involves using shortcuts to rotate a PDF. While viewing a PDF document, press the "Ctrl+Shift+L" keys or "Ctrl+Shift+R" keys to rotate the current page to the left or right.
Step 3. Further Edit PDF after Rotating Pages (Optional)
You may need to merge PDF pages as well as rotate them. You can choose to either rotate all pages in the same direction first, then merge them into one document, or to merge multiple PDF documents into one PDF document, and then rotate this PDF file so all the pages are in the same direction. Step 4. Save Rotated PDF
After rotating, editing, or merging your PDF as desired, you can go to the "File" tab to select the "Save As" button and save it as a new PDF document. These are the only steps about how to rotate PDF and save.
