If you have rotated the PDF pages in Acrobat and the changes are not made, you have probably rotated but not saved changes. In the next section, we show you how to rotate PDF in Adobe and its alternative- Wondershare PDFelement - PDF Editor.
Adobe is a PDF reader and management tool that allows you to handle your PDF with ease. You can rotate pages, merge PDF, split PDF, crop and rearrange pages as you want. In this section, we guide you on how to rotate PDF in Adobe.
Step 1. After installing Adobe Acrobat on your PC, you need to open it.
Step 2. Next, click on the "Organize Pages" menu. From there, select "Tools" and then choose "Organize Pages." Alternatively, you can click on "Organize Pages" from the right panel.
Step 3. Now, you need to choose pages that you want to rotate. Enter the page range to rotate in the select page range window.
Step 4. From there, you can now choose the angle to which you want to rotate the PDF. You can rotate it clockwise or anticlockwise, and the page will rotate in 90 degrees.
Step 5. Once you achieve the rotation angle that you want, you can now save the changes. Choose a folder to which you want to save the PDF file, click on it, and name your file. Finally, click on the "Save" button to save the changes.
Other than using Adobe Acrobat to rotate PDF pages, you can also use Adobe alternative known as Wondershare PDFelement - PDF Editor. This is an affordable PDF tool that allows you to organize pages as you want. You can rotate, crop, split, extract, rearrange, number add bates, numbering and headers and footers. First, open the PDFelement on your PC. On the home window that appears, click on "Open File" and choose the PDF file you want to rotate. After that, you can open it with PDFelement. Remember, PDFelement supports drag and drop options; hence, you can drop the program's PDF file.
After uploading the PDF file to the program, it will appear on the program. Next, hover to the main menu and click on "Pages" to get the organize pages options. From the formatting bar that appears, you will see the rotate options—the clockwise and anticlockwise. Next, select the pages you want to rotate and click on the rotate button, either clockwise or anticlockwise. Each click will rotate the PDF 90 degrees.
When you have rotated the PDF file to the angle you want, it is time to save the changes. Go to the main menu, click on the "Save" button, and PDFelement will save the rotation changes immediately.
