How to convert scanned PDF to editable PDF?

Step 1. Open scanned PDF file.

Launch PDFelement and click the "Open files" button on the Home page to add your file.

Step 2. Perform OCR on the scanned document.

A pop-up message will remind you to perform OCR in the scanned PDF file. Click the "Perform OCR" button.
