It's been very helpful for me. Daily, I often need to edit pdf documents to meet my needs and students' needs adequately. I mostly use the Edit, Convert, Tools, and Page features.

I use some programs which export the files in PDF, print them with PDFElement and after I edit, combine, protect them with PDFElement. Also I use OCR for converting some scanned books in ebooks.

Convert to Excel - saves significant time in converting PDF budgets into Excel for review/calculation.

I read and comment on (annotate) documents frequently. The workflow in PDFelement for this is quite efficient. Furthermore, I love small details like the “Keep tool selected” option and that one can enable/disable it for each tool individually. It's also great for managing pages in documents.

I need to read a lot of academic journal articles and some of them were images. So I can use PDFelement OCR function to highlight sentences and search key words within articles. This helps me to do my research with an efficient way.
