What Do I Do If OCR Fails to Work?

Please install the latest OCR from the link below for Wondershare PDFelement Professional from the link below to try again.

For 32-bit Windows operating system: https://download.wondershare.com/pdfelement8-ocr32.exe

For 64-bit Windows operating system: https://download.wondershare.com/pdfelement8-ocr64.exe

And you can also try to work with some different PDF files to see whether other PDF files can work with the OCR function successfully, and please submit a ticket to send the failed PDF file to use for further analysis.
