How many tokens is an AI Add-on worth? How are tokens calculated?
You can purchase an AI Add-on separately to unlock all the features of PDFelement AI. We offer various subscription options for the AI Add-on: Monthly (1 million tokens), Quarterly (3 million tokens), Semi-Annual (6 million tokens), and Annual (12 million tokens). Token usage is based on the content you input, the complexity of the responses, and the features you use, so we cannot provide a specific calculation method for token consumption.

What is the start date for my AI add-on? What is the billing period?
Your subscription starts on the day of purchase and renews automatically for the subscription period you selected, based on prepayment. You can cancel at any time. If you choose to cancel the auto-renewal, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

What if I run out of AI Add-on Tokens?
If you exhaust all your AI Add-on tokens, you have the option to purchase an additional AI Add-on to receive more tokens. AI Add-ons accumulate over time. Please note that each service has its own billing cycle, which begins on the day of purchase and automatically renews on the same date in each subsequent subscription period.

What are the limits of AI use?
Non-AI member users:
Chat with PDF/Summarize PDF/Translate PDF/Grammar Check PDF, document size less than 100M, number of pages less than 150; AI-Written Detect, document size less than 10M, number of characters less than 50K.
AI member users:
Chat with PDF/Summarize PDF/Translate PDF/Grammar Check PDF, document size less than 100M, page count less than 150; AI-Written Detect, document size less than 10M, character count less than 50K.
Currently only supports multi-documents chat within 5 documents (included);
Scanned documents, non-editable documents do not support the implementation of AI, support for multi-language processing, but the processing of multi-language capabilities are still being refined, it is recommended to use English documents.
