Why is the authorization to WondershareID not successful after purchase?
If you purchase the PDFelement for iOS order, Wondershare ID is not successfully authorized, here are the detailed steps:
Step1: update the software
Don't uninstall the application yet, update the software to the latest version in the App Store;
Step 2: refresh authorization
Enter the personal center and try to refresh the authorization manually;
Step 3: Log in again
Log out, try to restart the application and log in again, manually refresh the authorization;
Step 4: contact customer service
