  • You can purchase an AI Add-on separately to enjoy 1 million tokens per month and unlock all PDFelement AI features. Token usage is calculated based on the content you input and the complexity of the responses and the features you use. Therefore, we cannot provide a specific calculation method.

  • Your subscription starts on the day of purchase and renews automatically each month on a prepayment basis. You can cancel at any time. If you cancel the auto-renewal, your AI access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

  • If you use up all your AI Add-on tokens, you can purchase another AI Add-on to receive an additional 1 million tokens. AI Add-ons are cumulative. Please note that each service has a different billing cycle, starts from the day of purchase, and renews automatically each month on the same date.

    Currently only supports multi-documents chat within 5 documents (included);
    Scanned documents, non-editable documents do not support the implementation of AI, support for multi-language processing, but the processing of multi-language capabilities are still being refined, it is recommended to use English documents.
