- When a scanned PDF file is uploaded, the program will automatically detect it and promote you to perform OCR to make it editable.
- Specify the output format and page range and then swipe the "OCR" button to ON at the bottom left corner.
- Then the program will ask you to choose the right OCR language for the output documents.
- After that, click "OK" to begin the OCR process.
2How to Customize OCR Language
- To customize OCR language, you can also go to "PDF Converter Pro > Preferences".
- Move the cursor to the "OCR" tab and click on it. You will see all the languages it supports.
- When you select language it will be highlighted yellow. Mark the language preferred and close that box.

- And then drag the scanned PDF file to the program and enable the OCR feature.
How to Convert Password-Protected PDF
Wondershare PDF Converter Pro for Mac supports converting encrypted PDF files.
- Drag and drop the encrypted files you want to convert to the program.
- Choose an output format you prefer and specify a range of pages you want to convert.
