1 In the Quick Start Menu, click create PDF.
2 Select a fillable PDF copy of your form and upload it into PDFelement.
3 Click the form data extraction tool inside the form section.
4 Choose to extract data from PDF form fields.
5 Using the add button, upload the identical PDF forms you wish to extract from.
6 Start the data extraction tool.
7 Click the finished button to jump to your .CSV Excel output file.
8 Verify entries.
